What we do want
Menus from any takeaway food outlets (Chinese, Indian, sandwich shop...)
Menus from restaurants that also operate take away.

What we don't want
Menus from restaurants that don't have take away facilities.
Menus from national and international companies.

How to do it
Using a scanner!  Please try and scan at 100 dots per inch (dpi) and reduce to 90% and save as jpg file (optimised if possible).  This gives the best result for a small file size.  For an A4 menu, the file size should be about 100 - 150kb.
